Tangy Phillipino Adobo compliments of

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds of pork or chicken..cut in to decent size
1 1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
1 TBS black pepper
2 stalks celery, cut into small dice
2 bay leaves
2 TBS chopped or diced garlic
Mix all ingredients Except water, Bring to boil then lower the heat to medium and simmer for about 30 minutes.Remove the meat and fry it.(for more taste.. optional) Put meat back in the pot after frying and add the water.Boil for another 15 minutes or until cooked....serve with white rice.....
